We have recently carried out renovation work for Plant 1. We would like to introduce the main details of the renovation.

 

- Reactor renewal -

The reactor renewals will lead to improved airtightness, workability, and safety. In addition, explosion-proof LED lighting will be installed on the top of the reactor to improve the work environment.

- Workbench renewal -

The workbench has been renewed to one made of stainless steel with excellent conductivity. This renewal will reduce the risk of static electricity and ensure the safety of workers.

- Installation of new ventilation equipment -

A new general ventilation equipment has been installed. The installation of the general ventilation equipment will suppress temperature increases and gas retention in the factory, contributing to improving the work environment and preventing cross-contamination.

- Factory building repairs -

In addition, the walls and floors of the building have been repaired.

 

We will continue to make capital investments and improve the work environment.
